THE DROP MODEL

Harbor Drift releases limited collector sets in numbered drops. Each drop has a fixed edition size. Once that size sells out, the drop is permanently archived — it is never reproduced, restocked, or re-released in any form.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is collected at checkout via Stripe, which handles shipping and tax calculation based on your address. An order is confirmed only when Stripe reports a successful payment. If a drop sells out between checkout and payment confirmation, your payment is automatically refunded in full.

• Standard shipping (3–5 days): $8.95 within the US.
• Express shipping (1–2 days): $19.95 within the US.
• Sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout based on your shipping address.
• We currently ship to the United States only.

SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

Orders ship within 5–7 business days of payment confirmation. Tracking is added to your order record once available and is visible in your confirmation email or via the Orders Desk. Harbor Drift is not liable for carrier delays once a package leaves our hands.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because each drop is a limited, archived collector release, all sales are final unless:

• Your order arrives damaged or defective — contact us within 7 days with photos for a replacement or full refund.
• Your order is oversold (the drop sold out during checkout) — you are automatically refunded in full, no action needed.
• Your order is canceled before it ships — contact us immediately and we will refund if fulfillment has not begun.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All artwork, photography, copy, and design on Harbor Drift — including drop artwork, lure designs, and Field Notes content — is the property of Harbor Drift Co. and may not be reproduced, copied, or used commercially without written permission.

ACCOUNT DELETION

You may permanently delete your account at any time from your profile drawer. Deletion removes your personal contact data. Order references needed for tax and legal compliance are retained, but your personal details are erased.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Harbor Drift is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms as the store evolves. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
