INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you purchase a Harbor Drift collector set, we collect the information necessary to fulfill your order and confirm your purchase:

• Contact details: name, email address, and phone number (collected at Stripe checkout).
• Shipping address (collected at Stripe checkout to deliver your order).
• Payment details are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
• Account email if you create an account or subscribe to Field Notes.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information strictly to operate the store and communicate with you about your order:

• To process, fulfill, and ship your collector set.
• To send order confirmations and shipping updates.
• To issue refunds if a drop is oversold or an order is canceled.
• To send Field Notes updates if you opt in (you can unsubscribe at any time).

STRIPE & PAYMENT SECURITY

All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Your card data never touches our servers. We store only the order reference, totals, and shipping address needed to fulfill your order.

COOKIES & ANALYTICS

We use minimal cookies for site functionality and basic traffic analytics. We do not sell your data, and we do not use invasive cross-site tracking.

DATA RETENTION

Order records are retained to maintain the Drop Vault archive and provide proof of purchase. Because drops are permanently archived, order history is part of Harbor Drift’s permanent record. You may request deletion of your account and personal contact data at any time from your profile — order references needed for tax/legal compliance are retained.
